下载、访问或使用 FlightMemo（以下简称“本应用”），即表示你同意受本服务协议约束。如果你不同意，请不要使用本应用。

By downloading, accessing or using FlightMemo (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

创建账户或使用本应用，即表示你确认已阅读、理解并同意受本协议约束。

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

FlightMemo 是一款个人航空日志应用，帮助用户记录、整理和分析飞行历史数据。本应用按“现状”提供，仅供个人、非商业用途使用。

FlightMemo is a personal aviation log app that helps users record, organize and analyze their flight history. The App is provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use only.

你有责任维护账户凭据的保密性，并对账户下发生的所有活动负责。如发现任何未经授权的使用，请立即通过 andeceshi@icloud.com 通知我们。

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at andeceshi@icloud.com.

你保留对输入本应用的飞行记录和数据的全部所有权。使用本应用即表示你授予我们一项有限许可，仅为提供服务之目的存储、同步和展示这些数据。你声明你的内容不违反任何法律或第三方权利。

You retain full ownership of the flight records and data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, sync and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the service. You represent that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

本应用及其代码、设计、标志和品牌归 FlightMemo 所有，并受著作权和其他知识产权法律保护。未经我们明确书面同意，你不得复制、修改或创作衍生作品。

The App and its code, design, logo and branding are owned by FlightMemo and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. 免责声明

7. Disclaimer

本应用按“现状”和“可用”状态提供，不作任何明示或默示保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权保证。我们不保证本应用始终不中断、无错误或安全。

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

8. 责任限制

8. Limitation of Liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，FlightMemo 不对因你使用本应用而产生或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，包括数据丢失，即使我们已被告知此类损害发生的可能性。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightMemo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. 终止

9. Termination

如我们认为你的行为违反本协议或损害其他用户或第三方，我们有权随时暂停或终止你对本应用的访问，且无需另行通知。你也可以随时通过应用设置删除账户。

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe your conduct violates these Terms or harms other users or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings.

10. 适用法律

10. Governing Law

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖并据其解释。因本协议产生的任何争议，应提交该司法辖区法院解决。

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. 条款变更

11. Changes to Terms

我们保留随时更新本协议的权利。变更后继续使用本应用，即表示你接受新的条款。若发生重大变更，我们会通过应用或电子邮件通知你。

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email.
