By downloading, accessing, or using FlightMemo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

FlightMemo is a personal aviation logbook application that allows users to record, organize, and analyze flight history data. The App is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at andeceshi@icloud.com.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership of the flight logs and data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, sync, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the service. You represent that your content does not violate any law or third-party right.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose
You may not attempt to disrupt, disable, or impair the App's operation
You may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, or redistribute the App without authorization
You may not use the App to store sensitive personal information beyond flight-log data

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, logos, and branding, is the property of FlightMemo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIGHTMEMO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING DATA LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties. You may delete your account at any time via the App settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email.
